In an interview to Russian media group Rossiya Segodnya, Russia President Vladimir Putin commented on tension with France over the geopolitical situation in Africa, especially the continent's Sahel region.     Yep I called this in my comments. I said Macroā€™s bitterness against Russia has nothing to do with Ukraine but rather Africa. France feels Russia is backstabbing it there. But the reality is most African countries are tired of exploitation by western countries.
