Earl isnt actually appealing from what Ive read, hes set to have a motion for a whole new trial.

That is still an abundant amount of time coupled with being in a dangerous place is gonna seem like eternity.

Interesting information. My understanding was his attorney requested 20 years and they would waive parole in leu of letting the jury decide how long, which would have been life in prison as in sentencing the jury and would learn of prior rape convictions. Because of that written agreement to the judge I don’t see how it would be possible to get paroled. Time will tell all.

I’m confused. Is this about something he did in the 1990s or early 2000s? I think the statute of limitations is seven years.

Hopefully someone in prison will help him with his 'rehabilitation' preferably with a piece of 2x4
