A full week of workouts training towards my 100 mile (160km) Ultramarathon in just a few months! I'm not able to run yet, which is a slight problem, but there's still a huge amount of training I can do in the gym and on the bicycle to build my endurance capacity and prepare my body! This is all my workouts this week, though my routine is changing almost every week to increase my fitness! Proud of you, keep pushing yourselves 👏

Mario has confirmed he’s still 100% committed to the promise he’s made us all if we can reach the $40,000!! I’m so honoured that we get to do this together, and grateful for every single person helping us push back against this horrible disease 🧬🔬 Just tap Donate on the YouTube fundraiser section to help if you can 🙏 Never stop believing in yourself 🌈
  • Key elements to completing 100 miles: (1) Don't plan on running the entire race. It's a jog/hike. (2) It's 100% okay to take a nap. I took two short naps in mine, 7 minutes and 10 minutes. (3) If you feel sick to your stomach, candied ginger is A. MAZE. ING. (4) If your feet really hurt, sit down for 10-15 minutes. (5) Use vaseline or body glide on your feet under your socks. (6) have a second pair of shoes with your crew or drop bag. Changing shoes at mile 60-75 is FANTASTIC. (7) Your mind is stronger than your body. You're not done when you think you're cooked. (8) NO QUITTING unless you're injured. If you want to quit, sit down for 30 minutes and cry. Eat. You'll be okay. Get up and keep moving.
  • I don't usually comment, but I am honestly so moved that you're doing this for endo research. I was diagnosed after a ridiculously long and painful waiting process. I lost all my fitness and was basically bed-ridden for a year. It was so hard to watch a huge part of my life get taken away because of this disease. I'm a year post-surgery and feel so much better, and your videos have always been a source of motivation for me. The sooner people can get help with this condition, the sooner they have their lives back. Thank you so so much !!!

"The first movement of the day... Is a bowel movement" I mean... Had to pause my post workout cool down, because I started laughing so hard!

I don't have the disposable income to donate, but thank you so much for raising awareness for women's health. Massive shout out to those who are donating!

Thank you for spreading awareness for Endometriosis. I suffer from it since I was 13 not officialy diagnosed and operated last year with 20 years old. Even after surgery my pain did not go away and I started hormonal therapy, but I still have cramps and often fatigue. It really affects my social life and also my training so I can never really plan because the cramps appear out of nowhere sometimes. I love your Videos and thank you again for raising awareness ❤

I’ve taken your advice from 2 videos ago & started running. Slowly, but steadily. You’re inspiring a lot of people, we’re appreciative.

Thank you for fundraising for endo, I’m training for my first race (half marathon fell race) post endo surgery last year. I can’t describe the pain & mental distress I’ve had from endometriosis so I’m hoping that the surgery has given me a few years of pain free life 🤞🤞. Diagnosed age 34! Cheering you on and in awe!

I love how she’s always has a positive side throughout her workouts and her smiles makes me feel so motivated to complete my goals✨
  • Hi Natacha. I am 14 and I love watch your videos as they inspire me to try new things. You have inspired me so much that I decided to take place in a 10k tough mudder in 2 days. I know that it is nothing compared to your 100 miles but I just wanted to show some appreciation for you and how your content can really help to inspire people. x

Thank you for raising awareness for endometriosis! I was diagnosed in 2020 at the age of 28 whilst trying for a baby. For years I’d suffered with symptoms and never been diagnosed. I had a laparoscopy 2021, suffered one miscarriage, but now I’m sat here 37 weeks pregnant patiently waiting for my baby boy to arrive ❤
  • As someone who was diagnosed with endometriosis, only after years and years of feeling misunderstood by doctors, thank you so much for choosing this cause. It means so much to so many! Also - thanks for this video, have really been lacking motivation recently and needed a reminder that it can be fun to work hard!
  • I got incredible emotional watching this video Natacha! Since meeting you in November I have been recovering from my eating disorder and marathon training. You inspire me everyday, I pursued biochemistry and started doing the things I love more! You are such a good role model to younger girls, older women and everyone. I have never been more proud to have followed someone. Sending all my love <3 Kylie x
  • As someone with endometriosis (and who only got diagnosed 3 months ago, at 28 years old): thank you 💗
  • theres nothing that motivates me like one of your videos does, natacha. whether it's to workout, do something outside of my comfort zone, get on with my studies, or just be myself, there's nothing that reminds me that all of that is doable no matter what it looks like or how awkward it feels like your videos do. rooting for you always !! <3333
  • Thanks to your workout plans I got to create a “gym mommies” group and now they all bought your new cut program and I couldn’t be happier and prouder of them (and you). Thank you again and always for what you do ❤❤❤❤❤
  • @surrah_
The fact that you are fundraising for endometriosis makes me so happy! I feel that it's a disease that's often overlooked yet has had a huge impact on my life the past 11 years, including my ability to move the way I want to. Your videos are always so motivating and remind me to appreciate my body, even when I feel frustrated with my progress. Thank you for all that you do! <3
  • Thank you so much for choosing EndoUK. The way endometriosis affects me is varying but there’s been months where I can barely move, and there’s no options. I’ve already had the surgery. There is no real cure. It’s so heartening to see it being spoken about. Best of luck with your training!!

I started running 6 months ago after one of my friends asked me to do a half marathon. I had never even run a 5k before at that point, but I wanted to challenge myself. As someone who is very passionate about resistance training, these past few months have really given me a broader perspective of fitness and I feel so well rounded. I just completed the half marathon this past Saturday, and I finished STRONG. It’s all thanks to your workout programs and inspirational content. Thank you for your amazing impact to the community🥰
  • I don’t normally comment but oh my I have cried watching this video, I have endometriosis and had to drop out of my nursing studies due to the pain I was in. Still awaiting surgery however it just makes me so happy that someone is raising awareness for this ❤ Thank you
