I always get questions about my training for my IronMan triathlon so I thought I’d share what a typical week of workouts looked like for me! This was soooo much fun to do and I hope you enjoyed spending the week together!! It’s good to be back!!

    Natacha, I started running for the first time ever now in my 30s because of your videos. I ran 4 miles for the first time today, and I am even considering running a marathon in a couple of years! Your videos are so encouraging, they remind me that it is okay to fail or to get tired, but knowing my body will allow me to push past the pain or take a break if needed. Thank you 😊

    I’m amazed by your ability to keep going even when it’s difficult. Mario suggested you stop and you said no, you won’t stop. My biggest struggle is with my brain telling me it’s ok if I stop, it’s ok if I skip the workout today. I psych myself out of doing the work—so I’m impressed by your ability to keep on no matter how hard it gets.

    I’m doing my first Ironman in 2.5 weeks!! After all these months of training, I’m glad to finally be in taper. Lol it is SUCH a time commitment. You’re such an inspiration, Natasha! On oct 2nd, I’m excited to hear those famous words “you are an irroonmannn!!”
