I drink Diet Coke because of the sugar and carbs I’m diabetic not for calories even tho it helps if your diabetic bread potatoes and pasta which are carbs and breaks down to sugar will make your blood sugar go up so if you can eliminate more sugar/ carbs you would get a diet drink🤗

No I don’t drink Diet Coke, it is worse then regular coke for you. It has to do with the sweeteners they use. I am trying to break from drinking soda completely, I have not broke it but have cut back on it a lot. But each to their own if you want to drink regular or diet.
