🥒ABOUT BEFRS:
Hey, I’m Sonny! I’m from the US but currently call Vietnam home. I’ve been living in Asia for 10 years and started making food and travel videos to document my experiences. People either enjoyed my undeniable charm or enjoyed watching me eat things like coconut worms, and thus Best Ever Food Review Show came to be.

I travel to different parts of the world, hunting down and documenting the most unique food each country has to offer. If you see any factual food errors in my videos, please feel free to politely let me know in the comments. I'm a huge fan of trying different, interesting foods in each country. My show is from a Western point of view, but more importantly, MY point of view. It is not meant to offend any person or culture.

Don’t forget to subscribe to Best Ever Food Review Show, so we can connect through food and travel and become Bestys!

  • "People are not their governments. People are people. And we have a lot more in common than we think." --- Sonny Side, 2019

  • I was in Iran in september 2022. I gotta say, the people are some of the nicest in the world, and even thought not a lot of them speak English, I was aalways able to communicate with them. The food is amazing. A true gem!
  • Lots of love and respect to my Iranian brothers and sisters, from Pakistan
  • Iran is probably the most underrated country of the Middle East in the shadow of the others. Iranians are definitely the sweetest people I have come across occasionally. Love from India
  • One thing Americans and Iranians would agree on without question: politicians are the problem.
  • I really love Iran, wish i could go there one day and meet the lovely people 🥰 From Brazil 🇧🇷❤️🇮🇷
  • There is a reason why Iran is regularly ranked at the top of people's best travel destinations, despite all of the false stereotypes spread by both their own and foreign governments and media. The people are some of the nicest and most welcoming you can meet, and the food and landscapes are incredible. From metropolitan cities to beautiful beaches to lush green forests to canyons and salt lakes and deserts and colored sands - all with incredible unique food offerings. Anything you could want to see is there. Thank you for showing the real people are Iran, it's so beautiful to see.
  • Respect from America. The average person of any country is just trying to smile, survive, have a roof over their head and live a comfortable life. Food is a love and pride of all nations. The governments disagree , customs vary, but the individual is usually very friendly and wanting the best life possible
  • That man throwing Sonny'd flat bread was like "we dont make crap like that in my shop"
  • @zest8
All I can say is we Australians are missing out on the amazing Iranian culture and scrumptious food. Couldn't we just get along and respect each other and leave politics behind. I hope to visit Iran someday.
  • @mahan7466
As an Iranian I really appreciated how you expressed the people of Iran. ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
  • "People are not their governments. People are people, and we have a lot more in common than we think." Damn, Sonnie. Now that's what I'd call an amazing quote! We need more people like you in the world!
