  • JEPI,JEPY, JEPQ, HRZN, MAIN, KREF, ORC were my heavy hitters in Jan. Keep that snowball rolling friends.
  • Great video! Great dividend month! I earned $1,400 for doing nothing! I love passive income! Our goal is 30K a year in 3 years. Approaching 20K in yearly dividends! Keep going! Good Luck!

That's a pretty big increase compared to January of last year.
  • It definitely is a great time to be in the stock market!

  • No weekend is complete without an Uncle Coty Flex! 💪🏼😬 You're doing great! It really is a neat feeling to go about everyday life and know you are personally making money from many of the businesses you use or pass by every day. 🔥💵
  • Awesome video! Clients of mine who build wealth are buying more and more assets all the time. Poor habits involve buying liabilities and continually selling assets.
  • What is the advantage of picking dividend stocks over a broad market index like, VOO? A portfolio of the same size in VOO would return more dividend income for re-investment I live in the UAE (no taxes) so as I am young I am DCA'ing each month into UPRO. When my position rises more than 30% I take the profit and put it into VOO, and then rinse and repeat I also hold Treasury Bonds as a buffer for falling market times, but overall see any downward swings in UPRO as a "sale" Please let me know your thoughts on this approach, I love the channel as well as your enthusiasm and insights!

Hey Cody I received $70.74 from O, $70.96 from VZ (which I sold out of this month), $77.66 from EPD and $52.32 from SPYI

I like to spice up my dividend stocks with monthly low delta covered calls. Aiming for a target of 15 % or better per year with dividends on those stocks. With interest from my money market it's about $1600+ per month. Adding that income with some option trading has let me retire, hopefully will keep me going until I start social security.
  • I am going to load up WMT. Since its last split it has gone up 831%

I have a $152,000 account with 18 dividend stocks. They pay me an average of $732 / month.
  • What type of account are you making these investments in?
  • My monthly dividends are just under $3k and my portfolio is half that(?)
