Regarding the rootless nature of multiculturalism in Ireland; in the the 2022 census, 21% of the population was foreign born and 23% was non-Irish. In the UK 2021 census, I think it was 14% foreign born but 26% non-British (in England at least, but sure they take nearly all the migrants to the UK). We might not be far behind in terms of percentages but there's a huge difference in terms of how embedded the migrants are in Britain.
