I always add an eye serum to my skincare routine to keep those fine lines plump throughout the day. This review was requested by a few subscribers so I'm happy to report back!

Thanks for the reviews, they are very informative. I have used a La Prairie for 15 years and just recently started La Mer, so I am quite weary. You do calm my rookie nerves a lot

Thank you Jamie! I bought this a couple of days ago. I love how you explain how it should be used ... the sales lady didn’t give me any information about how it should be applied. Thank you ☺️ xx

Giorgio Armani has a eye lifting serum and it is supposed to be the closest thing you will get to Botox. Its $150 and is called "Gorgio ArmaniCrema Nera Extrema Volume Reshaping Eye Serum". It gets pretty good reviews on nordstrom.com.

Dear Jamie, Thank you very, very much for this comprehensive review. I'm going to purchase a bottle because of what you've clearly explained. I will let you know if I notice the "lifting" effect because that's why I'm interested in the product. Currently, I'm using one double-sided eye lid tape to hold up a droopy lid; therefore, if this serum does what it claims, I'll be certain to let you know after I've tested it out. I putting my faith in La Mer's scienitic skin care. In addition, what I most enjoy about your channel is how close up and clearly shot your videos are. As a result, they are highly instructional. Thank you for your thoughtful consideration of us viewers.

Do you recommend using the eye serum and the eye cream at night?

Thanks for the review. Very clear and informative. I'm new to the skin care world. And with beginner's luck I've found that the Platninum Rare Eye Cream DOES do the lifting you mentioned near the end of the video. It doesn't do much for dark circle, puffiness, nor crow's feet but the lifting is instant and visible. The product is expensive though, I recommend getting a sample or try it out (if you're convincing) at the La Prairie shop.
  • Hi Jamie, can you please help me to decide between the La Prairie eye serum and La Mer Intense Eye Balm?? I want something light for the morning, which will absorb fast and will sit well under my concealer, but also fight the usual stuff like fine lines, dehydration and dark circles. I cannot afford both right now. Which one you will invest in rather if you can choose only one product?? Thank you so much for your answer! Love your videos!!

So you prefer it to the original the eye concentrate I think it's called, the lil black bottle not the white. That's what I use but was debating on switching to this lifting.
