chinese vinegar

much expensive than local but cheaper than japan. 3x pricier than local. I hope it taste better.

    this is mild vinegar, i think for dipping sushi. If you got used to the white local you might find this blond. But they use this for international cuisine. The black vinegar is salty, maybe you can use this for recipes.
