They were all so happy for Samus. Girl hadn't been in a metroid game since the Super Nintendo. They were all so happy in general. I always get chills watching this.

Dude... This just shows how much people used to appreciate video games. Everyone in the crowd is cheering for their favorite characters in excitement and every time a character is announced in a SSBs game, someone out there feels as if their voice was heard. Now we have reviews, rants, and angrier fan bases. God, 2001 was a great time to be alive.
