Hey guys!! 🦋 I dare you to commit to one positive thing you’ll do this summer (big or small!) and comment it here to inspire others 🤍🥰 I’m committing to switching my bank to a greener bank 🫡 I’ve been putting it off forever because I hate these bureaucratic tasks, but it’ll feel good knowing my money isn’t being used to fund projects which are bad for the environment!! Huge huge love for being here <33 forever proud of this corner of the internet and it blows my mind how much positive change we can make if we all do something small ✨ Sending u hugs!! 👼👼👼
  • honestly, you're a HUGE role model. I'm your age, and I couldn't feel more inspired by your work; how you try to spread magic, positivism, wisdom, and love definitely shows how wonderful you must be. Thanks a lot for all the good with which you're contributing to society.
  • @yomko_
I'm new to your channel, but this video reminded me how this summer I bought a couple of packages of ice cream for strangers. I shared it with some girls who were working outside of the shop and were conducting a survey. Just because I felt like it for a moment. I remember as a kid, some guy opened a package of chocolates on the new year and just gave them away to everyone on his way, beaming so brightly! I was like 7 at the time, but it still makes me smile every time I recall it☺️

Needed this after an emotional Women’s World Cup final ✨❤️ England may not have won the game but they’ve won the hearts of so many young girls and women, just like you Jade ✨ so amazing to see such inspirational women making a positive difference online and in sport!
  • Another suggestion: participate in a research study! It's both a new experience, helps a specific researcher and scientific discoveries overall. Additionally, you often earn some small money in the process. :) If you're close to a university, it's great to participate in a study on-site but there are also options for online surveys if that's the only way you could contribute. Studies are easy to find if you attend a university yourself but you might have to e.g. reach out to the local psychology department to ask where you can look for study ads.

I'm studying to become a public defender, which is such a hard job to achieve in my country (Brasil). But it's been a long while since I've stopped to think about how I'm actually working towards having a career that makes such a positive impact in the world. It definitely gave me an extra push of motivation being reminded of that. Thank you, Jade <3
  • Jade definitely is on social media to save the world and I´m just so proud to be part of this lifrechanging community 💚
  • @asperany6102
Hey! I'm just really thankful for your video. These kinds of videos are often focused on self-development, productivity, hustle, and frankly I'm not in that phase anymore. Your ideas seem to be predominantly focused on community and the wider world, our health and wellbeing, and truly, I'm positively surprised after watching this video. Thank you, take care!
  • @confusedasian
16:54 totally agree with you Jade. One of the main export item in Sri Lanka is textile. Most of workers are female. They come from different rural areas and they work from morning to night, and as I have heard their basic salary is like £96. But they work extra hours to feed their families. Most workers are very young, even their accommodation facilities are poor. And in my family it's kind of a principle to buy something with good quality and wear that for a very long time.(until it is UNWEARABLE 😅). Love someone from my generation share the same opinion on fashion. Fashion is something suitable for us, not a trend. Not all fashion styles suitable for everyone. And all the tips are really helpful, gonna try atleast 3 or 4 in my next vacation. Thank you so much
  • @AO2437.
Did the first one just recently actually. I’ve started learning about finances (feel stupid not knowing about all that yet but hey, that’s how it is) The self-care thing, so going to be doing that. Need to get good habits in place while I have the time. Thank you for saying love/romantic relationships isn’t innately easy, not heard anyone say that before
  • @qmuhammadahmed
Jade, your summer ideas are pure gold! I'd already planned to start a blog and learn more about the semiconductor industry for an impactful career. Your suggestion of checking in with a friend and starting a casual magic journal really struck home (already planned a meet with previous classmates! ♥). Last week, I penned letters of appreciation to all of my AS teachers who played a huge role in me achieving 4A's. (Not to my loved ones, but I think I score half marks for that... 😉) Thanks for the inspiration and for helping making this summer one to remember! ☀🙌
  • @roseanna422
This is so inspiring, definitely going to look into the banking one! One thing I would add to the list is reducing meat and dairy intake and trying more vegan recipes- this is one of the best things you can do for the environment and animals.
  • @riziki.akinyi
Thank you so much for curating this list and sharing it with us. Lately I've been feeling like I can be a better person, and it's reassuring that there's endless practical things I can do for me to come closer to this goal. For now, I'm commiting to: -checking in on some friends from high school -journaling more often and with more consistency
  • @azimmer4536
I randomly comment people so often, about clothing or smiles( not figures etc ofcourse) and they are so happily surprised afterwards, i love it 🫶🥹
  • @loveyourself1742
Thank you jade. This is an amazing video. I'm grateful that you created this YouTube channel and positive community and I'm grateful that I found you and part of this beautiful community. Sending loads of love to you 💜💕
  • @leslie08
I realized that I'm actually going to do some of these things, and it makes me feel really good knowing that I will be affecting people's lives positively. As always, your videos are super inspiring and make me want to pursue better habits and learn how to be kinder to myself and others, so thank you for that. ❤❤
  • @elenavraiment
Love your video ! I started volunteer every week during the summer. The only things that I bought come from thrifting. Moreover, I did some reading about society issues. I was looking for ideas and then I realised that I have in fact an impactful summer. You made me realized it !
  • I love this video! Last night I reached out to a friend I haven't spoken to in months and it was so nice to catch up and reconnect! I really want to focus on being grateful for the lovely people in my life and being present with them now instead of ruminating on things in the past
  • @imstargazing9120
knowing that there are people like you out in the world gives me so much hope! thank you for using your voice for such important matters<3
