just gonna answer some questions Q: How do I move the camera? A: Hit 0 on your numpad, shift + f, then use the WASD keys to move (you can hold shift to move it slower) Q: When I import the texture it gets messed up A: When importing the texture, there should be multiple (e.g: tex1, tex2, tex3) always chose the one with the highest number at the end (if that makes sense) some tips for renders --------------- for a plastic/shiny texture: - select any of the body parts (head, torso, arm, etc) then, on the lower right side, you want to press the little checkered sphere icon - once you've clicked on that, it should bring you to a new tab, the material tab - you're going to press the button under "surface" that says "shader add refl", then click on "principled BSDF" - when you do that, press the little dot next to "base color" and select "image texture", then press "open" and import your character's texture -- you want to do all of these steps with your accessories as well - now, if you want your character to look "plastic", you're done, but if you want to make it shiny then just increase the "metallic" bar and if you want you can mess around with the roughness (more roughness = less shiny, more metallic = more shiny) posing tips - i dont have many tips for this but i guess just try looking up references, try not to make it too stiff or it'll look kinda boring - you want it to look somewhat realistic, no matter the genre, for instance, i see a lot of newer gfx artists doing poses like this: https://bit.ly/3pZjC7L (its just a discord image dont worry) - that's okay, but obviously it could use some work - here's how i'd pose it: https://bit.ly/3niRzP2 (once again, its just a link to a discord image it wont hack u lol) - im no pro but as you can see it's been improved greatly, just by making it less stiff (posing every limb) it looks better programs - for editing, obviously if you can I'd recommend using Photoshop, however you can use photopea instead if you don't have it!! its free, just like photoshop and all you need to do is go to their website and you can use it: https://www.photopea.com/ - for making the renders, i'm sure everyone knows this by now but blender is a completely free and professional program for 3d modeling and such, it's how most people make their gfx's but you can also use cinema4d!! i dont really know how to use it but it costs money if you want to get it (i recommend blender though) that took forever to type om, i hope these helped you guys though!! ill try answering any further questions in the replies as soon as i can so if u need help lmk

I feel accomplished bc I finished the first step of exporting the character. That's how hard it was for me-
