See is believing. HOLY HELL!! Had i only heard this music I would have said the drums are all just sampled, pro-tooled quantized tracks made up inside a a computer. But then seeing them played and to hear Chris talk about how he uses no samples and no triggers and plays everything live and as “1 take”. Man that’s just jaw dropping talent.

The thing I love most about Chris is that you can see in his face just how challenging his parts are. I've never seen a drummer that is so hyper-focused.

The way his kick drum just wants to move and escape is powerful. His guitarists don’t get enough credit for such awesome riffs.

This dude is incredible. He doesn't use fills that much, all of his grooves are like fills LOL. Love it! You can hear how hard he hits the kick god damn.

I love watching Chris Turner play. The dude is an absolute monster, and no triggers or samples is seriously impressive. His double bass stuff sounds super clear despite being untriggered, it's nuts.
