every piece of northsea coast had its own engine builders . abc is probably the crown on all the designs combined in this class

Sounds good. The heartbeat of this 4-stroke, 4-cylinder diesel engine, the 4-beat heartbeat.
-
Simply beautiful and not complex either.
-
This is one real nice example of a engine for sure. NICE

I love these old engines they have character and are fixable, they lasted and were reliable, I have had modern generators but none of them have been has reliable as an old pom pom engine that I own from the 1930s,
-
The (unfortunately no longer produced) Voith Maxima locomotives had 12- and 16-cylinder ABC engines with mechanical injection. They were chosen as they were the only off-the-shelf engines they could find that would work within the space constraints and have the desired performance.

Prachtig om te zien en top van PATRIEK dat hij dit in stand houdt 👍👍

-
Спасибо! Вспомнил юность, мотористом на теплоходе. 😊👍

A beautiful and shiny impeccable clean! But what does it do, what does it power, what is it's purpose? Is watching and listening to a zero the purpose for fun and excitement in the hallways of the human brain? 🧠

Ooh heel mooi te zien!

Lovely to see and here. Very smooth!

Amazing how little oil there is on the cam & lifters, is that normal for one of these? & what is the inactive white rocker on the 4th lobe for?
