Take a container and add cold water. Then, add few ice cubes to it to keep it cold. Pick another glass container and add some amount of hot water into it. Ensure the hot water’s hotness need not to be sizzling. Bring the Balloon and over the neck or mouth of the crystal-clear plastic bottle in an upside-down position. And fix the mouth of the Balloon as we are doing. Now put the bottle in HOT water the Balloon starts inflating itself without any external force. Amazing, isn’t it! Now let’s put the bottle in cold water then balloon is squeezing. It’s so interesting let’s do it 2-3 times….
Now we will discuss the Science Behind this.
The volume of air changes based on the temperature surrounding, the air molecules expand at high temperature and also contrast as temperature goes down. Because of this the air pressure increase as temperature increases and pressure decreases as temperature decreases.
