They are so many ways when it comes to one of the most popular Mexican Dishes. MY Recipe is simple & Delicious ! In a Matter of time you can make this simple Red Enchilada Sauce.

Ingredients:
*California Chiles
*1/2 white onion
* 2 Garlic Cloves
*Pinch of Oregano
*chicken Bouillon (to Taste)

-cook Dry Chiles until smooth about 8-15 minutes. Blend all ingredients & strain into a bowl or sauce pan.
