What many probably don't know is that he is also the father of the Universal Health Care law. At 81, he tries his best to stay fit, making up for lost time with his children and grandchildren.
Speaking about the case of Hubert, he said, "If you ask me how we were able to deal with it, I can only remember the time when I heard he would be out of prison."
He took me around his elegant home full of mementos, still looking dapper like the Filipino version of Richard Gere. When asked what legacy he wants to leave behind, he was caught off guard, paused momentarily, then expressed hope that Filipinos would deeply appreciate the significance of hard work.
Reflecting on his age, Webb says that every day is a borrowed life from God. Now, his world revolves around his family, finding profound joy in their happiness and fulfillment.

at his age 81 yrs old, sana wag ng isama sa interview o itanong ung nangyari sa anak coz it was a very painful and heartbreaking moment for every parent like him. I just do hope na sana wag ng "magdwell TOO MUCH"" sa ganung mga klase ng tanong, content, info, opinion/reaction. As a parent like me, I feel his pain. As the title says, let's all be happy!
