Everyone is praising the PIT maneuver, but I’m also impressed by the police car’s grip around that corner just before the PIT. By the time the perps realized it, it was too late to accelerate away. Good driving skills by the officer!

Pit maneuver at 39:40 for anyone who wants to skip. Bravo to the cop, awesome job with the pit and making sure no other cars got hit.
-
That cop pulled the best PIT I’ve seen in a good minute. He parallel parked that car better than most people do their own! 😂
-
Amazing police work. Congrats to the policeman who did an amazing stop maneuver.
-
To the CHP Officer who pitted those burglary suspects: BRAVO! As everyone who's been watching police chases, this pit maneuver was PERFECT. Literally out of a text book that they will surely be teaching at the academy. Who ever you are, officer, well done!.

Someone needs to award that PO with the flawless victory save PIT maneuver, was well worth the watch!!!
-
When the PIT maneuver begins, the newscaster, clearly excited to finally see it happen, immediately becomes a sportscaster.
-
That was one of the best pitt maneuvers ever it was literally perfect. Love seeing this type of stuff from Police

Very good commentators! Easy to listen to calm informative information. Kudos

If you get out of the vehicle and know exactly what to do, this probably isn’t your first time…
-
Thank you First Responders we all owe you.

Mom: "They are such good kids and they don't mean no harm to anyone"

That second piece of lard had me rolling. It’s 100 degrees outside and he’s wearing a full-on sweatsuit.

One of my favorite summer pastimes growing up: watching police chases on KTLA and ABC7.
-
Cameraman deserves an award .

i want to give a bravo to both the PD dispatchers who initiated the pursuit and the chp dispatcher that handled this stressful pursuit. getting units in positions and air units in position and documenting the whole pursuit for almost an hour is no joke. Unfortunately police dispatchers don't get enough credit, but I want to be the one to point them out and say thank you for your service.

Really interesting pursuit! Excellent narration, these pursuits are so boring if not narrated. Especially entertaining when the narrator expresses a level of excitement and suspense. Job well done here folks👍🏻
