E - BIKE To E - MOTORCYCLE | Land Moto 3 in 1 Bike

Published 2024-01-20
I flew to California to try this 3 in 1 ebike. It's got 4 modes, the first is ebike, that tops out at around 28 mph. Mode 2 is e-moped which tops out in the mid 30's then modes 3 and 4 are the E Motorcycle modes with a top speed of over 70 mph. One of the coolest features is the programing, the torque changes with the mode, that's just one of the unique things about the Scrambler from Land Energy

  • This bike is really cool. The looks and power are great. $7,000 Whoa! that might be pricey for most riders.

This is incredible and I'm buying one.
  • This as he started is not an ebike for everyone saying this is just a way over powered ebike. For simply minds, this is a light motorcycle or otherwise a scooter, it just has torque and looks. If anyone that likes to ride would love these everyone else is going to complain while they drive by in a minivan. With that being said even though this can be power downed to a class 3 ebike, i would be pissed if someone rode be me on a bike trail on this.

Excellent video, thanks for sharing it. Love what Land is building here!

It’s not mind blowing the first time you ride a land.. it’s mind blowing for you every single time and for most people around you who are witnessing that thing hauling tail! Cars cannot keep up off the line!

Impressive spokesperson and product, not lying when I say theres only one reason I don't have one and its just the wait(for another brands offering)then the decision. Every video Land Energy puts out makes it alittle harder to wait.

If it had pedals, I'd be so stoked on this but if it doesn't have pedals it won't be street legal in PA.... I love the look of it and all the controls are on the bars like a motorcycle. Just wish I could get a test ride in PA... 😍🖤
  • The guy from Land was really well spoken. Their marketing is quite interesting; basically saying they can be ebike riders first motorcycle. You asked some good questions, this video covered a lot of good info.

This is great as a beginner's motorcycle to learn to ride before you take the plunge into something like a Honda CBR or Kawasaki Ninja.
  • @amped19996
Land moto is so under rated. Lemme get one in all carbon Fibre lifepo4 batteries and be doing 90+ easy and get more range easy. Its actually a very light "motorcycle" ice engines are easy 300+ pounds

can you get the the 2.2kwh option and then add another one later and use them in parallel?
  • @chad4474
Looks cool, but can it balance wheelie. and regen
  • @digi_tv
Defeats the point of electric micro transportation. You can get 2 top of the line Euc's for this price that go just as fast and 4 times the range and have zero license. Way more versatile.

Cool bike. But in regards to using the batteries in a variety of other applications. Couldn't they make the batteries smaller and use small cables to run them in tandem? That way, they could add or subtract depending on the size and output needed.

What notice is that when using a helmet while using my moped it; the helmet amplifies the sound of the motor: stressing more my eardrums. But an e bike wouldn't ever do that, on the contrary sometimes I want to take of on my e bike only to find out that I didn't turn my bike on or off.
  • @full_charge
Does it have a VIN# for folks who want to register the bike for commuting on the road?
  • @TrippyWFB
How many highway miles would I realistically get? Super Interested and I like the look of this ebike, but I have a almost 40 mile ride to my job on a 70MPH highway.
