    My man has the dedication to start developing a game, that's really nice👍. Unfortunately the only experience I have with creating games is building a map on hammer(very bad) so I don't have any tips that could help you😅 but well, good luck for you. Also, I have a question Will the game cost 💵? I'm looking forward to play thee game, I'm sure it will be good. (Ps- sorry for not watching the streams)

    I'm not sure how you are spawning the boats but I'm guessing you were using the Getting Started 3D tutorial from the Godot documentation. The reason it didn't work when you were changing the rotation of the boat scene's root node (the CharacterBody3D node) was that in your boat scene script you probably have a look_at_from_position() function inside the initialize() function. This function will rotate the node it's called from, in this case the root node ,so it will override whatever rotation you set to the root node in the scene itself. That's why it worked when you modified the Pivot node as the rotation of that node wouldn't be modified by anything.
