My doctors don’t give a rats behind about my great HDL and trigs. They are only obsessed with my LDL and with my refusal to take statins. Never once do they mention any of my other bloodwork and the fact that I lost 35 pounds and normalized blood sugar with keto. I have one cup of coffee (filtered) with heavy cream per day. It is what it is. Thank you for all you do Dr. Berry!

My aunt lived to 100.5 and ate one steak with a small amount of greens every day and had one martini every night, her cholesterol was over 300 her entire life. She's all the proof I need.

The key is to not get them checked. No numbers to compare, no worries!

Coffee: the elixir of life! Thank you for confirming it's not just a delicious drink, but also beneficial for our health.

I am a 62 woman and I started carnivore about 9 months ago. Have gone from 190 down to 143 and I have never felt better. Thank you Dr. Berry for telling your followers the truth.

I'm excited about yesterday's blood work. HDL - 57, LDL - 242, Triglycerides - 73. 4 months on low carb and mainly red meat. My testosterone went up 107 points to 695. Thanks for all the advice, Dr.

I was drinking French Press coffee and my cholesterol was way up...I went back to filtered coffee in a regular coffee pot, and my cholesterol came down 100 points, HDL is great, and triglycerides are down to good level. YUP!! You are right on, Dr. Berry.

I’m off BP meds now working on lowering my a1 c1 from 6.8. I’m not letting any of these doctors talk me into taking medication so I’m doing it the right way intermittent fasting, cutting the carbs and and adding more meat. I’m also walking 60 to 90 minutes a day, at the gym twice a week and taking Pilates twice a week, I’m not giving up until I have a good metabolic health. Thank you so much Dr. Berry for getting me on the right track.

Just got my lab work back yesterday. HDL was 89 and Triglycerides 30. On a keto/carnivore diet for a few years now. Drink 3-4 cups of coffee per day (spread out over the morning+). Fresh beans ground and filtered.

@Leescan 0 seconds ago I've been on Carnivore for one year as of March 1st, 2024. I am down 44.4 lbs. I have no more joint pain. My Asthma symptoms are very much better than a year ago. There is just nothing negative I can say about this way of eating. By the way, I never cheated, not even once. Thank you so much Dr. Berry!

Coffee ☕🍵☕🍵 From my cold dead hands
  • I've been drinking Italian espresso every morning made with a Bialetti ( non-filtered ) for over 30 years and my HDL is 2.2 nmol/L which is about 85. A good number. All I care is that my coffee and full-fat cream is organic, and made with filtered water.
  • If you drink decaf coffee like me, please be aware that MOST coffee makers use a known carcinogen like methylene chloride to wash the coffee beans to rinse the caffeine out of them , one company that doesn’t use that carcinogen that I know of (they do it naturally with a water process, not a solvent) is Peet’s . You’re welcome !
  • Love reading the comments on this channel! Most are from good natured and happy people. Thank you Dr. Berry for all the good that you do us!

You are the one who inspired me to go keto/carnivore Ken, and after 16 months I’ve gone from 260 down to 170! Still have some more to lose, and plan to stick with this way of eating/thinking for the rest of my life, for health reasons! Still battling hbp, hoping that comes down with another 35-40 pounds of weight loss😊😊😊
  • @kd1841
I got a good chuckle from the introduction. 😂❤❤ Great coffee info, Thanks Dr.Berry!
  • Thank you for all you do!!!😊. I'm spreading the PHD with my circle of friends!!
