Hey! What do you think about lowering carbs/sugars to avoid hyperinsulinemia and licorice extract in body/face cream before bed? Are those legit?

What if you have both melasma and sun spots? I have a couple sun spots on top of my melasma on my cheeks...(lucky me) I've been wanting to do a Lumecca session for the sunspots but there is conflicting information on whether Lumecca can be used on melasma or not! I've scoured Google for info and the majority are saying they ARE using Lumecca for melasma so I am even more confused on it

Hi doctor. I am 60 years old. 5 years postmenopausal. Never had melasma during pregnancy. Was never on oral birth control. Have minimal sun exposure. No family history of melasma. I stared getting melasma on my cheek bones since past 2 years. I tried 3 months of HRT in May this year, which made it worse. It has been very distressing. Cant find much info online. I am Indian. Any idea what could be happening? Please help.
