Changes: 1.11.36 - Traits AND appearance can be changed now in NG+

if you are running the red mile the bartender sells a drink called runner's rush which gives you: • +16% Movement Speed for 3m • +40 Damage Resistance for 3m • +20% O2 Recovery for 3m

The thing I like about NG+ is that it's like basically starting a new clean save if you had installed mods mid play through. But you don't have to level up your skills again.
  • @vaulimere
This is one of the best non-spoilery NG+ guides I've seen.

Pro tip for if you insist on running the Red Mile, you actually don’t need to wait for Mei to give her whole announcement. Once you tell you her you want to run, you can just go around the side of the building and take the elevator down to the crater and start your run

Bessel IIIB is a better location for a starter base. It has Iron, Aluminum, Nickle, and Cobalt allowing you to make Adaptive Frames and Isocentered Magnets. It also has a large time dilation. Vash Cowaii has a video showing how to find an outpost location with all 4 of those resources in one spot.

Just started NG+5 but NG+4 I had the killer Andreja at the lodge. Knew it exited but did not expect it. Fortunately I had my shield on, ran to the lodge basement grabbed what weapons and ammo along with 1 health pack. Fortunately survived and went on. Just started NG+5 last night and found out that you do not get the boarding prompt to steal a ship in space with the Starborn ship, did not realize that before. But first thing I do is use Lodge money to make some Amp. Then head to Masada VI - a to get rid of the Starborn ship (hard to believe they did not include anywhere to rest and recover HP). Then do the Altair mission (rescue the Outpost against Spacers) for decent loot and get the Mantis quest. By then if you grab most of the loot to sell or keep the good stuff should have enough credits to upgrade the ship you hijacked.

The three most useful traits are almost certainly: Adoring Fan for his added carry weight and love of you being evil or attacking him. Kid stuff that lets you snag the Ship, pistol, armor as soon as you get to new Atlantis. Wanted which is added XP source and chance to raise those combat stats. Wanted also let’s you bypass some of the dialog challenges for when you decide to finally start doing evil faction stuff.

To help start out, regular or even NG+, in the basement of Constellation there is a storeroom with a mannequin with armor. The case is "master" locked, but you can take it off the mannequin without picking the lock by just finding the tiny gap on the right of the door. Nice starter equipment, or decent cash value to sell. Also, on Vectera, in the left side miner habs there is a "master" locked cage room with loot inside, you can take the pack using the same method as the Constellation armor method but this time the gap is on the left side.

You can get contraband in the building behind the button at the red mile. Makes the run more worth it and it resets every 600 ut hours.
  • @GAMESHREDDER27
I love turning the razor leaf into custom ships because spacers and pirates act different around it haha
  • @Bedevere
A thing to note if you are setting up transports between bases they operate at YOUR real time. Your bases may farm at UT but if you are setting up an automated supply chain it will be slow, and probably a bit buggy.
  • This is easily one of the most clear, consise, and informative ng+ vids I've seen. New sub. I know the game is slow rn but I hope to see more content once Shattered Space releases
  • Honestly just land on vectera for a cutter and go to the Kreet research lab after. All the stuff is there but without the pirates and if you get lucky and find enough ammo and good enough weapons, you just might be able to take over a ship.
  • @MrTim2031
Even before you get to New Atlantis, you can go to the planet where you had your first tutorial mission with VASCO. If you run through that dungeon, enemies will not spawn but there will be some leveled loot. Good if you want to be prepared for any nasty surprises when you walk into the lodge for the “first” time.
  • Use quantum essence to increase starborn power recharge rate and then spam grav dash. Quickest way to get to the temples. I know…I did all 240…🤣
  • @TK-hw2ph
Easy guide: play through first mission, get Razorleaf, raid vultures nest repeatedly, build ultimate razorleaf, raid varuun zealots for legendary gear…and so on
  • @Quebrado808
The security office in the Well has a re-lootable helmet stand in one of the lockers as well, if u wanna hit all places down there… I also repeat loot on Mars top level room, need high lockpicking for doors… also Neon re-loot weapon sellers chests too if u have good stealth or chameleon armor set. Add the other ones u mentioned and youll never run out of credits from stolen goods… u can also sell stolen weapons and armor to the uc surplus dude on Mars not just the trade merchant👍👍
  • @JUSTCUROIUS
Best thing for me about NG+ is it fixed a lot of the bugs i was experiencing. Thats about it. It does open up a few new encounters.
