Preparations underway for Debby to hit North Carolina

Tropical Storm Debby is losing forward speed and stalling across the Southeastern states. Due to very weak steering currents, the future track of Debby is highly uncertain, and this makes forecasting rainfall amounts and possible flooding very difficult. However, it is becoming more likely that the Greensboro area of North Carolina will receive lots of rain over the course of a few days.
