Luckily I live in Europe which does not have an insane health system like the US. I'm 81 live alone and play in 3 rock bands. I think I cope with the technology ok - at one time I worked for T-Mobile. I've also just had a book published. I get free public transport. I'm British but live in Prague in the Czech Republic. There are moments where I have to consciously push away negative thoughts about my mortality. But as for fear of finance etc my age becomes a defensive weapon - what can they frighten me with? I'm already dealing with the biggest fear and I don't believe in an afterlife so in that sense I'm fireproof.
