The 11th circuit should immediately honor this appeal and do the right thing and remove Cannon from this case. Do all of these people, including Cannon, not understand the laws and the constitution? They say that Smith had to be confirmed by the Senate to make his appointment as special council constitutional. Negative. Garland had to be and was confirmed by the Senate. The laws and constitution allow him to hire any inferior officer to assist him, without Senate approval. if he needed to be confirmed, then throw out every case involving a special council in history. Because Thomas (SCOTUS) planted this seed in her brain to throw it out for the foregoing reasons, he is obviously not qualified to sit on the highest court in the land either.

These Conservative Judges ignore precedent and the Law when it suits them and their Donors.
