  • Solitude and silence are the pursuit of the wise, or one who seeks peace. The most valuable treasure of this world is not the riches and splendors of the material things but the peace and contentment of one’s life. “Flee, be silence and prayer ceaselessly for this is the source of sinlessness.” Said st. Arsenio. This pearl of wisdom encourage me to tame my tongue, learn to carefully choose my word and deliver them in peaceful manner. This saint’s way of life is a reminder to slow myself down and be aware of the interior call of order. Once this soul is still, the body will work properly. Thank you Trisagion for another great video of a saint who reminds us to live in holiness by taking the tongue and rightly order the spirit in order to achieve a balance life
