Okay but can we talk about how awesome Devon is? He just took over like a boss! Pun partially intended! 😅 I just really felt respect for him because he saw something that needed to be done and got it done. Like you can even see how much he admired Gordon when he was taking control and giving them the inspiration and guidance that the staff needed.

The biggest flaw I’ve seen is that he looks down on his American customers. He acts like his culture is so superior that the thought of adapting to meet the desires of another is completely foreign. The moment he said it’s better for customers to sit in a restaurant for 3 hours, I knew he was completely out of touch.

This place was so disgusting with mold and maggots... and is a prime example of why every restaurant kitchen and walk-in fridge and freezer needs to be inspected monthly or even weekly by the city or state. Most owners are too idiotic and exploitive to run a healthy, clean business.
