Back in the early 80s (before Star Wars did anything with Lego) I used to build custom Star Wars Lego stuff. (no where near this level). I wrote to Lego corporate as a kid and told them they should make Star Wars kits. They wrote back and said "It was a great idea" and then sent me some shwag.... like a Lego man key chain. Sometimes i wonder if my idea sparked something... or if i was just way ahead of things.

As a Dane Im very proud that my country provided the world with arguably one of the greatest pieces of toys for kids and adults ever. Makes me happy to see people being so passionate about them!

Man, the level of detail in that trench run scene is incredible. Not only that but it's all modular and hollow inside the structures to save on weight. Bravo to that level of ingenuity.
