Chris Brown congratulates ex-girlfriend Rihanna on the birth of her baby boy. The rapper took to Instagram with his well wishes not long after her and A$AP Rocky’s big news became public. Brown and Rihanna initially dated from 2007 to 2009, with Brown's domestic violence toward Rihanna later coming to light in 2009.

That was so kind for Chris to do. Rihanna did constantly take hin back after what happened. So i think to be fair, Chris will always love Rihanna and she will always be the one that got away. Chris matured a lot over the years and it shows. Congrats to Robyn & Rakim. They deserve each other and I wish them the best of luck with their first born.

I don’t understand why a decade later people choose to continue bringing up what happened between Chris and Ri regarding the domestic violence situation. I’m not disregarding that domestic violence is not ok, I am too a survivor of DV, but what does that situation have to do with Chris congratulating her? People love to throw low vibrations out. I just think it was poor taste to rehash that sad moment in such a beautiful moment for Ri!
