On Today's Episode:

Tony Robbins is the life coach that has changed millions of lives around the world for decades. With hundreds of companies, high-profile clients like Oprah and Bill Clinton, and a proven track record helping people beat depression and suicidal thoughts that’s been studied by Stanford, Tony Robbins has helped more than 50 million people around the world.

If you’ve been stuck dealing with some things and you don’t know how to move forward, or your problems are all-consuming and you’re settling for life the way it is, then this is the binge worthy content you need to commit to watching and listening to every day for the next 7 days.

Why?

Because you have to get so hungry for the success, the life, and the change you ‘say’ you want for yourself. It’s not up to the people that did you wrong or anyone else. It’s only up to you to discover your passion, get hungry, and change your energy and focus into what you need.

Tom has been greatly influenced by Tony Robbins and has used many of Tony’s ideas and inspiration to build the life of success and fulfillment he now has.

This episode points to some critical ideas you need to commit to memory (or a sticky note)
You can always find 3 ways forward in every situation
Update your identity to always be expansive
Never settle for a life without hunger or passion
To change you life you have to change your story
Get really good at pattern recognition, pattern utilization, and pattern creation

Now’s the time to take action and implement at least one idea a day, a week, or a month. Whatever you choose to do, make it a consistent practice, and go after it with 100% energy and focus.

QUOTES:

“The mindset has to destroy any limitation and move forward.”

“Success without fulfillment is the ultimate failure.”

“Success is getting what you want. Fulfillment is living what you’re made for.”

“If you don’t grow, I don’t give a damn how much you’ve got going for you, you’re going to be miserable.”

“Great times create weak people, weak people create bad times, bad times create strong people, strong people create great times.”

“Self-esteem doesn’t come from what other people say about you, self-esteem is earned within yourself.”

“When identity expands your whole world expands.”

“What I see is the one common denominator that people are successful over a lifetime is the sustained hunger. Hunger is the number one factor.”

“It’s not the problem, it’s not the trauma. It’s finding what you value more than the trauma.”

“For most people their problem is their drug.”

“To me an extraordinary life is life on your terms.”

“You do not experience life, you experience the life you focus on.”

You know when they ask you which famous person would you like to have dinner with? My answer would be Tony Robbins. Putting it in today's terms. "Tony is the ChatGpt of human development" and imagine how much you would get out of that conversation on a one on one sitting with him. Thank you Tom for having him and for the amazing questions you asked.

I was growing at a rapid pace in my career when I was fearless and dint worry. I took an emotional decision for a safer job, dint take the challenge to buy a house. I am just stuck in the past thinking why did I do those mistakes.

At the end of the road it’s better to have tried and failed than never to have tried at all. The least you will have is your self respect and the memories of your many adventures.

I've appreciated him for many years, his powerful & honed attitude is palpable & right out front, & he had plenty of excuses to not go that direction, yet he did anyway. The human mind is amazing, its why we have such a promising future ahead of us, no matter what the fear mongers & permanently downtrodden say.💚💚💚

Purposely putting yourself through adversity is the greatest thing you can do. I recently challenged myself to run a half marathon and I did complete it after training for only 2 months. I learnt that pain and adversity is temporary, but the medal and achievement and respect I gained from the people around me is not temporary, it is permanent, and it changed my mentality completely. I'm looking for new challenges because I know that it's worth it to do these things. The personal growth factor is exponential when you compare it to staying in your comfort zone, staying average. I stumbled upon one of Tony's free seminars on YouTube, the unshakeable challenge. Ever since, I've been on an upward spiraling personal growth kick that has changed my life in ways I couldn't even imagine. Thanks Tony!
