I feel everything. All the cosmic events... everything. I'm like a tuning fork. Its not easy living like this.
  • I've experienced vibrations while meditating and before falling asleep. I usually just smile and observe and enjoy the sensation; however, last night was a little different. Not only did I experience the body vibrations, but the vibrations were very strong (for the first time) in my ears. I can only describe the sensation as a pulsating vibration; it was as if I could hear the vibration. I confess that I became a little concerned with what I was feeling and brought my mind to a fully awakened state. Also, and this is likely unrelated, but as I began to fall asleep again, I woke-up to the sound of something falling on or striking an acoustic guitar that was positioned on its stand. I turned a flashlight on and examined the guitar and my room, but I didn't see anything that could've caused the noise. Exhausted from having a great day with family and friends, I mentally said something like, "I'm too tired to be frightened." And I went back to sleep. Thank you for the video. I'll subscribe and share with friends.

I believe this is happening to me . The more I meditate the lesser I feel vibrations.

Thank you. Been experiencing body movements when my kundalini awakened unfortunately i have not been regular with my pranayama and asanas. So this answers it all. Thank you. ❤

Thanks for breaking my false belief...during meditation i am experiencing each point of my body vibrating like high voltage bulb and i thought my body is absorbing more energy...thoughts are also running in d background and I don't care at that time...but now i know i have to work on with yoga and pranayama...

I was curious, I don't feel vibrations though. I feel energy, heat and tingling usually. You are absolutely beautiful by the way thank you for this video. Namaste'

Although I find your theory about why the body vibrates during meditation interesting, I don’t agree. I’ve been practicing Vipassana meditation seriously for 13 years. The idea is to observe your sensations objectively no matter what they are. Sometimes the sensation is vibratory and sometimes it’s a different type of sensation altogether. I have learned in life not to just blindly believe what someone says because even experts can be wrong but I also test and question my own conclusions and beliefs. I will keep an open mind to your theory but from my own personal experiences up to this time, I tend to think otherwise. Respectfully, Thank You!

Hi, I’ve experienced very minor involuntary body movements and body vibrations while attempting to do astral projection. But I’ve read about other people having very large vibrations and hearing loud sounds during astral projection. Do these symptoms have the same cause as when they are experienced during meditation (i.e. your ego creating resistance), or would this be due to something completely different? Thanks.
