What an amazing property! But more so an amazing home! Passive and eco in every sense. The simple design and minimalist approach works so well. Yet it is a family home. With the foresight of " apartment" within for whatever the future holds. Also with climate change, this property is capable of dealing with all weather conditions. Brilliant! Thank you for sharing.

This reminds me of some of the beautiful modern homes of the 70's, but I'm sure it's much more environmentally friendly! Love it❤!

Looks amazing! Even better if you planted a few trees that will bring you habitat and shade and will bring the house to life.

Large roof over hangs are beautiful and protect the doors, windows and siding from rain and moisture damage. Water is the enemy of buildings. Architects and home builders need to bring back large roof over hangs

Nice house. The plot is of course small, 1000 m2, 10 acres is for a house of 80 - 100m2. I would like to see the engineering part. The construction of the foundation and walls, as well as their thermal insulation.
  • Modest, simple, understated and high performance . . . and beautifully modern - what's not to love.

If you live in an area subject to high winds, hurricanes or tornados a concrete or cbs build is preferred. Are there efficient homes using this material?

Are those exterior shades over the triple glaze?
