Dahle 133 Pencil Sharpener Unboxing

Thank you..I was struggling with my Dahl sharpener.. Now I know how to use it

Hi Dee! Did you figure out how to use this sharpener now? I just did a video on how to use it. Your pencil broke because you’re shoving it into the sharpener without pushing the button. And oh I just heard you mention my channel!! 💕

I have discovered with my Dahle 133 that the further you dial the the point selector towards Sharp the longer it will grind when it's pulled out before stopping. The dial and spring tensioner work in tandem, so if you want a sharp point that doesn't eat your pencil up you have to back the selector off to find The Sweet spot. Spend a little bit of time when you first get it to find that spot, then mark it with a sharpie on on the dial and on the the crank and you should have no problems. At least that's what I've been able to find out through trial and error.

I've never seen one of these but when we had these sharpeners in school and at home we didn't pull the section out we just stuck the pencil in...I think it would pull out to see if something was wrong. It really does have a nice sharp point. I get so upset because nothing comes with instructions anymore, you have to go online to read about it.

I am waiting for mine just ordered it today it was on sale for 18 dollars on Amazon

I got one from Amazon and watched a utube video first, I like it a lot, nice sharp point and none of my pencils haven’t broken yet, cheap ones or more expensive ones :), also like the adjustable point adjuster.
