I’m an ex addict, heroin crack all that nasty shit. I think back now I’m glad I went through what I went through. I watched my brother die from overdose. At his wake my heart was cracked open during the priests holy words. Years later I got clean and began to feel for the first time. It happened again my heart opened and I felt the love of the whole cosmos the love was more like a interconnected relationship between everything within us and around us. The minds around me don’t understand I feel like everyone is a zombie and can’t feel what I’m feeling. I want everyone to know the power of our heart. A broken heart is a powerful heart.

It’s crazy the timing of this video, I was literally talking about overcoming childhood trauma and abuse and using it as the motivation to become so strong and multitalented that you make sure none of that ever can happen again. When Billy mentioned the amount of times Keys said “you understand me” in their first interview, I couldn’t help but chuckle because I remember watching that video and saying the same thing to myself. It’s wild how the universe works because I was just talking about these topics and I randomly fumble upon this video. I like the concept of stop looking in the past. They say we study to the past to prevent the same mistakes but we always end up doing the same mistakes simply because we’re using the same equation.
