I feel like Brian could talk to anyone about his gym equipment. He is so proud of it. He worked his butt off his whole life to get to where he is now.

Two great examples of real men. They show respect, humility and kindness to others. They have incredible self control and self awareness. A great double act and friendship. Both are very inspiring human beings.

I'm more impressed that he put some thought into the sound treatment than almost anything else. Very first gym space I've seen on YouTube with any whatsoever. Wish more folks would follow his lead.
