Cruelty to children. Cruelty to animals. Just appalling. Hopefully there is more justice for both groups, but obviously it takes people who care to make a difference.

What we do to farmed animals and animal experimentation is horrific. I wish more people cared like the lady in your last story. How can we help her?

I'm so glad that all those "scientific test animals" were able to be rescued and given freedom and a much improved environment in which to live. Thanks to those ladies for their dedication to help those animals.

Kindness towards animals are important, hope they would do the same for those who are homeless and lack of hope for a better future, because they’re human beings!!

Since a female cannot get pregnant without a male sperm, Isn’t the solution to simply to give every male at reproductive age a birth control product so that they can’t go around planting their seeds everywhere. That would solve any unwanted pregnancy. It seems the focus has been relentlessly against the female rather than the male who gets a female pregnant to begin with. This is simply common sense but men do not easily or readily agree to having their bodies be the object of focus on this matter.

A sad aspect to the foster care story is that because it is a class-action lawsuit, the victims of W. Virgina, the "wards of state," won't see much compensation, if any. The money will be gobbled up by lawyers. All 50 states are inept when it comes to "caring" for children.

The government has really called things more difficult for its citizens, and we can't sit back and bear all the consequences of the bad governance. It's obvious we are headed to inflation, it is always the poor who take the hit 💔.

Do you know, I am poor, had nothing, owned nothing, lived on food stamps, had no kids, no husband, no family, but I was happy. Happiness isn’t based upon money,big house, someone who can be hiding behind, and not beautiful faces.

Lol i made a bet with myself that it would be a conservative controlled southern state that had problems with their foster care system.... and look at that i was right. Never bet against a republican makeing a bad situation even worse!!!
