A town is repeatedly victimized by "The Polka Dot Bandit" and it's up to the Marshall to save the day. In Vibrant Color! This is one of John Wayne's earliest and best movies!

  • I have always been intrigued to discover the statistics of how many horses were hurt or died while these movies were made.
  • Colorization notwithstanding, it just goes to show what a difference a good quality scan of one of these early John Wayne westerns can make. The cinematography looks just as good as any movie the Duke made for John Ford.

Actually this is a colorizedversion of the original movie which was called β€œblue steel” 1934

don't care for the music but the detail and colorization is top notch. I'm researching 1930s B western cowboy attire and this gives great detail.

This here picture is Blue Steel. That's the real title. Good guys win, get the girl, and live honestly. These movies have good morality.

These great old western films seem a bit cheesy nowadays to those too young to have grown up with films about good guys having the white hat and white heart facing off against those black-hearted villains, but the story of the good guy getting the girl was a good example to us kids back then and a much-needed example for today. I remember this film as called Blue Steel.
  • THE REAL TITLE IS BLUE STEEL LEGEND FILMS HAS A NERVE CHANGING THE TITLES OF THE DUKES EARLY FILMS.

A very well job of colorization, but don:t put your brand on it, the title of the movie is "BLUE STEEL".
  • Did you see the John Wayne's Impossible Groove Machine? It's so funny! πŸ€£πŸ˜…πŸ˜‚πŸ˜†πŸ˜πŸ€£
