    I love that this video has stretches for every part of the body involved in being able to do a good backbend. Shoulders, hamstrings, back etc. Too many people think you only need to focus on the back when multiple parts of your body have to be open to achieve most of those poses. Well done. Your stretch videos are now a regular part of my stretching routine.

    I’ve been doing these stretches for a week and I can already see a difference! I went from struggling to push myself up from the ground into a back bend to being able to push myself up with no trouble. You can see yourself improve a lot! Big thanks to Anna for helping us
