    I have been stretching 5 times a week for almost a month and i'm really close to getting my splits. Before i started stretching i couldn't even touch my toes. I always thought i wasn't flexible but i've improved soo much. I never expected i could get this far. My advice to you guys is to not give up until you reach your goals!! I hope this comment motivates someone. And thank you Anna for sharing these routines❤

    I am a dancer, so getting the splits has always been a goal for me and a huge deal. I almost have my left and right splits and am very close to getting my middle splits! Thank you Anna for all of the effort you put into your videos! Tysm!

    I am 14 and a dancer and I used Anna's videos to get the side splits (in only two weeks I might add) and have now decided to tackle the middle splits. I have been doing this routine every night for a week and have seen tremendous improvement already! PRO TIP: If you want to get the middle splits faster, pair this video with the flexible legs and/or hips video each night.

    Omg Anna! I use to be able to do the middle splits, then I lost it…I finished my other stretch routine from u and wanted to try this one, I was about 8 or 9 inches from the ground and by the last stretch in this video I was TOUCHING THE GROUND! Thank u so so much Anna! I can’t tell u how much I love doing your videos!

I have been watching you since you started whenever I do this stretch I will watch this :) I started watching you when I was 7 years old my mom found your channel then she showed me this amazing channel that I watch every day now I’m so flexible because of you :) but sadly I can’t do gymnastics anymore because my neck hurts because I was doing a back roll but at least I didn’t break it tonight I will have the scariest night of my life I’m not stressing anymore because I will NOT have the scariest night of my life I asked my dad he said”no you will not have the scariest night of your life” now I’m so grateful to NOT have the scariest night of my life thanks to you

    I am only 10 years old I've been doing dance and I not the most flexible 😢 I started doing this stretching routine every day, I was one of the one on my dance team that couldn't do the middle splits. 😟 I also couldn't do the side splits either I finally got them both. 😆 But I still have to stretch first. But cause I still stretched every day I finally got them with out stretching. 😊 Thank you Anna for helping me get my splits.❤❤❤

    So good. So professional. Anna might be the finest instruction video producer for flexibility exercises in all of YouTube. There is certainly no one better, or more experienced. The key to her success is how she designs her videos so that they are so easy to follow. I am not speaking of easy in the sense of replicating her flexibility. Very few can. I mean easy in following her instructions. I am a man with terrible flexibility, but I watched my granddaughters follow this video and decided to try it. Of course I couldn’t do them very well but Anna’s comforting voice and a modified view made it a great workout. Unlike anything I have ever done. Thank you, Anna McNulty.
