CBS News congressional correspondent Scott MacFarlane reports on Democratic lawmakers and others who are throwing their support behind Vice President Kamala Harris following President Biden's decision to end his campaign. And Democratic strategist Joel Payne joined CBS News to discuss some of the mechanics at play inside the party.
