At the time where they build big sailboats appears a Problem with the postion of the Center of mass which lead to the boats Fall side was because of the Mast so they started to use stone in the Rumpf of the boat to Control the Center of mass at the bottom of the boat so they won't Flip over

I think the stone was just to build the building
