Hey guys,

Today I'm talking about the dangers of fructose, why you should be scared, and run for the hills … NOT!

Have you ever heard people say, “Don’t eat fruit, it's bad for your health" or "Fructose is bad for your liver?"

I’m going to be super honest with you here, and I do understand that I'm being a little bit particular here, but it seriously rubs me the wrong way.

People believe that fructose is a killer!

Naturally, there’s more to this (pun intended – naturally … get it?)

I 100% respect the need for diabetics to keep their sugars in check so I’ve gone into the stats, the science and the nutritional breakdowns here.

I also share what to do if you have fructose malabsorption.

I love fruit. Great video. Naturally colorful. Absolutely good shit jeje :D yeah I guess added fructose in the garbage food is dangerous cause fiber is gone and it goes directly to the liver

  • Absolutely the truth, I totally agree and "fructose" is high in my daily diet :-)

Fructose is fruit sugar. There’s nothing wrong with it. You’re confusing fructose with high fructose corn syrup. The problem with the fruit juice, is that the whole fruit has fiber, micronutrients in the white part directly beneath the skin etc is removed and all the sugar is left. You wouldn’t normally sit down and eat 12 oranges at a time, which is what the glass of juice is doing, minus the fiber and other elements.

Hi Tyler quick question would you mind making a video on acne and how to actually get rid of it especially those under the skin bumps.

I don't think washing them with ACV removes all pesticides/herbicides for one reason. Produce is routinely sprayed while growing so i assume the chemicals slowly leech in during growth. Unless mother nature has adapted to self-cleansing out the toxins i don't see how ACV can remove "ALL" pesticides and herbicides. Hopefully i am wrong but its important to think critically.

I am one of those who have serious throubles with too much fruit but the rest of my diet is based on a lot of fresh vegetables (and good animal food too). Tyler don't you think that seasonality is important? In winter I feel much better by eating lot of cruciferous and some apple and nuts not really mangos and bananas that do even not belong to my latitude
