This track is my last in the series from 2020 and it marks a significant change that I have gone through from wild teenager to an independent adult able to deal with life a bit better. I write about my issues that I suffered with social anxiety and paranoia during my period of substance and alcohol abuse. This song is a message of hope that I truly hope will give other people who are going though dark times the strength and courage to dig themselves out of the hole they are in. If I can do I then so can you. Onwards and upwards. If you think this song can help someone you know who is suffering then please help by spreading the word that this moment in their life will pass and to start with the small stuff like getting out of bed and making it, going for a walk, and the let the momentum build from there.
