K20 Supercharged Civic Wagon Clutch DESTROYED !!

Just over an hour to pull the transmission is flying through that. The hydraulic clutch setup is supposed to have an air gap adjustment or tension adjustment. He’s lucky the splines went that looks like a high speed miss shift, if it wasn’t the spines it would have been the engine or transmission. It would be interesting to see transmission or engine pull competitions. The used to have VW motor pull comps at the drag strip in Texas. Some teams could drop a VW engine in just over 2 minutes. We changed to radium fuel rails just because the pressure regulator is on the end of the rail. Very clean and convenient. No extra lines to worry about. ✌️

Have you looked at the 1uz engines? I know it’s a Toyota but it’s a beast of a v8 and they’re cheap compared to a k series these days, the 2uz are even stronger but have an iron block, they have a super charger available for them as well. It might make a sick drag car if up do a big engine swap. Forged internals from the factory. ✌️

For what it's worth, that clutch looks like someone had a money shift. I've done it a few times in my life.

I had same thing happen with comp stage 5 turbo k I was in pull in 5th and it popped same thing happened to mine
