WOW! After the strike, she was moving and in the ambulence she went into arrest! WOW! What would we do without our first responders! So glad she is alive and getting good care! So sorry this happened. Scary!

Older folks are familiar with these safety measures, but the younger ones have no idea. It would be great if the news programs just had little safety segments maybe once a week. Florida has several safety hazards that northern states don’t.

The Tampa Bay area is the lightning capital of the US, and you stand a better chance of getting struck by lightning than winning the lottery. Being outside in a thunderstorm is a bad idea. If they live, hopefully they will learn from this and get into cover before the lightning starts.

I seen that huge lightning strike and I live over by 38th and 34th. I literally told my husband somebody got hit. That strike was super intense!!!
