  • Not a true 1rm test you boys weren’t even using belts or knee sleeves or wrist wraps on the squat bench and deadlift all which are legal and raw to use. So I believe you guys had wayyyy more in you esp on the squat and deadlift try this again in a month or in a few weeks but this time using a belt and knee sleeves and see what your true 1rm is . Again using a belt knee sleeves or wrist wraps is not cheating and doesn’t add anything to the lift it is still a raw lift

    How can you bench 100kg for 10 reps in previous video but struggle here with 1 rep 100kg?
