Thanks buddy was was pretty easy to do after your quick walk through. Before this I was having to uninstall it, and then reinstall it; when playing a game I wanted it to manage.

You saved me from going in a "please resolve errors before unmanaging" circle. Thank you.

Thanks I dont why vortex manager is so complicated some times. Also moving mods in the load order was so easy in nexus and in vortex its so complicated.

Will this basically reinstall the game for Vortex? My vortex New Vegas is a bit fucky rn and trying to see if this will work befoe I try uninstalling it.

I already knew how, but I keep getting a message that says "failed to purge" even though I deleted all the mods and it won't let me unmanage the game (Dragon Age Origins) lol

Thanks. I don't know why was made to be so complicated.

If you do this... is it then safe to use another mod manager for the game without causing any problems with existing modded safe files? For example i want to unmanage Baldurs gate 3 in vortex, so i can use the mod manager since people say its much better with running the mods. I would install all the mods there that i used in vortex. Would that still somehow be a problem?

I have cloned my profile setup one being my Main and one for Youtube, and I want to update a mod on My Youtube profile while keeping the previous version of the same mod on my Main is that possible? If it is possible how would I do it?
  • Thats great but how do I manage a game? The game is installed and colored but nothing will make it a managed game. I cannot find anyone else having this issue of manually managing a game
  • does this remove EVERYTHING i want to do a complete reinstall of my skyrim collection because stuff isnt working properly
