It's interesting. You would expect the muscles to act like pistons, but they seem to be more like motors.

I was gonna mention how this reminded me of an old game in 2008 called "Fantastic Contraption" and those pink and orange circles with arrows inside it at 2:50 were actually from that game. Turns out, it is the same developer! Speaking of Fantastic Contraption, you should totally check out! It is a sort of physics sandbox game similar to this one.
